AKA A Cappella is back! Held from 24th – 25th September 2016, Singapore’s longest-running a cappella festival returns for our 20th anniversary, at Singapore Conference Hall where the first edition was held. 

So what can you expect at AKA A Cappella VIII this September? This year’s festival comprises 3 main components:-

  1. A regional competition;
  2. a closing concert; and
  3. workshops and masterclasses.

What’s more, we have a special guest for AKA VIII this year – Vocal producer and music director of the Sing-Off televised competition series and the highly popular Pitch Perfect movie series, Deke Sharon! Often known as the “godfather of contemporary a cappella”, Deke is an acclaimed composer, arranger and coach of a cappella music.
